This decadent little cake has customers over the moon! A cup of French Roast coffee in the batter makes the cake layers so moist while the coffee flavor is subtle. Rich and not at all too sweet. The whipped frosting is made with varying amounts of pomegranate molasses for a bright tangy flavor. SUCH a good combination with the chocolate. I use organic beet powder for naturally coloring the frosting, giving it a lovely speckled look. All organic ingredients include vegetable oil, black cocoa powder, whipping cream and Vital Farms eggs. Cakes serve 4–6 people.
