These cookies are SO good you would never know they are gluten-free. They are made with Bob’s Red Mill Organic Almond Flour. This is a high quality nut flour and because of that they are more expensive than cookies made with regular flour. High quality Guittard extra dark chocolate chips are baked into thee cookies.
